Oregon Beef Company is a 3 dimensional company. Providing meat and other protein products both for various Central Oregon restaurants, and retail service to the customer coming in off the street. Custom slaughter for local ranchers is done weekly. Our experienced butchers custom cut each and every steak or other cut of meat with precision and expertise. Retail sales have increased every year. There are many from out of the area that come by to pick up a box of hamburgers, hot dogs, and steaks for their camping trip, and many come by to pick up beef and/or combo boxes meat
